Michael currently heads a team of allied health professionals and loves nothing more than to create an environment where they can flourish to the best of their ability.

After finishing his studies to become an osteopath Michael has worked in a large team environment for over 12 years now.

Becoming a DiSC facilitator also helped him learn the need to appreciate all the different personalities that make wonderful workplaces. As such Michael has helped work on and implement the "Key Motivators" at Western Region Health with great success.
